Logging into Academy Online for the First Time

When you first access Academy Online, you will need to create a password and set some security questions.


Note: If you haven’t visited Academy Online before, you will not have a password and will need to follow this process to set one. After pressing the First Time Here? link, you will be shown the ‘Login to Academy Online’ box:

2. When you have done this, click on NEXT STEP

Your employee number is normally an 8 digit number and can be found on your payslip or your privilegecard. If your employee number starts with a ‘zero’ and you are not able to log in, try entering without the ‘zero’.

Creating a Password and Setting Security Questions

To ensure the security of Academy Online, it’s necessary that every user defines their own password and sets some security questions.

1. After entering your information into the previous screen, you will be shown the screen below.
   Work through the three sections and enter the information it requests.
   
2. When you’ve entered all the required information, click on LOG IN
3. Your Academy Online homepage will be displayed.

You are now registered to use Academy Online!
